Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Nigeria. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

1. Standard Shipping

   • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
   • Rate: Check (shipping rate)
   • Same-day delivery within Lagos

2. Local Pickup 

   • Available at select locations.
   • No shipping fee applies.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed before [12 PM GMT] will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Use this information to monitor your order’s progress.

Shipping Restrictions

Return to Sender Policy

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Lost packages will be eligible for reshipment or refund after the carrier confirms the loss.
