Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  1. You have 5 days from the date of receipt to return an item.

  2. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

    • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • Be in the original packaging.

    • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Downloadable software or digital products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

 

Refunds

Process for Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted for items:

  • Not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Returned after the 5-day return window.

 

Exchanges

Shipping for Returns

  1. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
